I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Nurse. I am passionate about empowering individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. My focus is on merging mental health and overall well-being, and I strive everyday to combat the social stigma surrounding mental health. I am dedicated to helping people discover their inner light and voice, guiding them toward feeling whole and confident on the inside and out. My therapy approach is collaborative and solution-focused. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can freely express their thoughts and work toward assembling the pieces of their lives into a meaningful and manageable whole.
